Ecommerce Hosting Site

I need to make a web page for my charity that I founded.

I know it’s all about key words on your web page but is there better web hosting companies? Is there some sort of program I need? Sorry I’m a noob.

I have a domain name already thru godaddy.com, i am looking for a site that has good templates and is easy to set-up with very little html knowledge. Looking to spend about $50 a month for hosting fees.
I am hoping to do the designing myself, thats why i want a good service with templates.

I offer a professional, affordable web design service but have very little custom from the internet. I know I need to get the word out more but the people who are visiting are just not contacting me, why not?

How much would it cost me to host an ecommerce website, with a company whos servers were not placed in the UK, USA, Australia or New Zealand (and preferably not in the EU)?

I want the website to run at a reasonable speed and to be able to cope with an average amount of views for a website in the google top 5 pages.

A lot of questions I know but I was trying to find out How can I make people advertise on my web page. Like banners and those kinda things. If anybody could give me some opinions that would be great.

I am having a website developed and already own my domain names…I need to set up a hosting server and need to know who is the most reliable and reputable without getting clogged up with porn sites, etc. I don’t mind paying more if it means customers will have a positive experience and I get more search engine results…help please as this is over my head.
