how to make a web page

I want my own web page/site, but don’t want to pay for one.
Is there a way i can make my own site, like make my own URL address and everything?
If it is possible, how do i do this?

you can make a website for free but it will be under a sub-domain e.g
    some free website creators are
and even at google has one!
after you have made your website it is sort of possible to make your own domain.
    go to
create an account, register your site and choose a domain name. the only catch is that you can’t have .com or .co.uk but you have to have .co.nr

    hope this helps

If you are looking for a web site that when someone types in).com they go to your page then there are steps to that which start with Going to and find a domain name ( URL address as you called it) that is not taken and buy it. Now that is yours. Let Godaddy host. Then there are many different web site builders that are free… such as not to difficult to put together if you are willing to to do some reading (it is free you do have to work harder for free).
Or if you want to shell out $00.00 then try this site:

Honestly, I would not suggest going free because you are going to get what you pay for which is NOTHING. I have learned this from experience!! I found HIT Web Design and they put together a custom website for such a low cost! They also host my site—way cheap!

    Good Luck
