how to make a web page

I’m using Front Page to build a web site and I want to edit the site it so that it will read the viewers screen width and display the pages accordingly. On my computer, the viewing is great, but on others’, they have to scroll to the right. Step-by-step instruction would be most appreciated.

One Response to “Using FrontPage 2003. How do you make a web page fit in on different computer screen views?”

  • Ipshwitz says:

The best bet is when you design the layout, create it in a 1row by 1column table that has a width attribute of 100%. This will expand and shring the table accordingly.

Now, this will effect some of the design layouts. Unfortunately, there is no way to provide a 100% working scenario of what you are looking for. the best option is to build sites for a 1024×768 resolution as most of the monitors (close to 65%) use that resolution.
